Al-Zamil Al-Dafan storage tanks consist of 3 layers made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.

Burial tank layers:

1. The first layer: the outer layer is black, which gives the tank durability and rigidity

2. The second layer: the foam layer provides thermal insulation of the tank

3. The third layer: a smooth white layer that prevents the formation of algae and bacteria inside the tank
